Core Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing or food processing setting.
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • This position is primarily situated within a manufacturing facility and may involve working in cold, damp, or noisy conditions.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required, including potential weekend and holiday shifts.
