Director of Operations Job Description

LeaderPromos Marketing Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Customer Experience Center, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead a team of 30-35 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for all products and services, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to maximize employee productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, project management, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience managing a non-exempt workforce in manufacturing, fulfillment, supply chain operations, or warehousing.
  • Minimum 10 years' senior management experience preferably in manufacturing, fulfillment, supply chain operations, or warehousing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Experience with inventory management, warehouse management, and supply chain management software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, feel, and use repetitive motion.
  • Occasionally but regularly sit at a desk, and use a computer monitor and keyboard.
