The Kroger Company is seeking a skilled Department Leader to join our team. As a Department Leader, you will be responsible for assisting with monitoring and controlling supply expenses for the department. You will also assist with managing cash control, sales, and cash items and records for the store. Additionally, you will manage the scheduling of Front end associates to provide adequate department coverage. The Department Leader will also assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews, and assist with creating and executing budgets and scheduling of labor. Furthermore, the Department Leader will assist in the development and implementation of department action plans. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring and controlling supply expenses for the department
- Assist with managing cash control, sales, and cash items and records for the store
