Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests.

• Deliver the "Arch Amenities Group Experience" by maintaining the highest standards set in our Basics to Excellence (BTE), Mission Statement/Values, and Brand Standards.
• Adhere to our company policies and procedures.
• Perform massage and body services that meet our established guidelines and exceed guest expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with current licensure and perform all treatments on our services menu.
• Assess guest contraindications and ensure safe and effective service delivery.
• Meet the needs of our guests at all times throughout the service.
• Practice universal precautions when providing services.
• Clean and disinfect all equipment daily.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and provide expert recommendations to guests.
• Recommend products for home use and suggest beneficial treatments offered in our spa.
• Manage time effectively and begin and end all treatments on schedule.
• Work assigned schedules and arrive and depart on time.
• Ensure work areas are clean and set according to procedures.
• Inform management about product needs and maintain accurate client records.
• Complete all assigned side work and attend scheduled meetings and trainings.
• Report incidents or accidents to management.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state license in massage therapy or other required credentials.
• Previous massage and body work experience.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and explain various treatments/services.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Strong team player.
• Comfortable with product recommendation.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
