Job Summary

ICP Group is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the 2nd shift operations in our Tomball, TX facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate production, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
  • Quality Control: Verify that all production processes meet quality standards and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including chemicals, dry goods, and cylinders, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and standards, and report any incidents or near-misses to Plant Leadership Team/EHS.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes and procedures, and participate in regular training and refresher courses as mandated by the company or regulatory bodies.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including blending and shipping, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in a production management role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Working Conditions
  • This position requires physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy tanks and components.
  • Work is in varying weather conditions.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
