Job Summary

Ramp Health is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing on-site medical care and coaching to employees, promoting a culture of wellness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency medical response and basic first aid for minor injuries
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and exercises to evaluate employee conditions
  • Offer coaching and education on injury prevention and management
  • Communicate with medical professionals and provide case management overview
  • Participate in site-wide Emergency Response Team and regular safety walks
  • Supply inspections and maintenance of safety equipment
Requirements
  • Valid EMT License
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Exceptional verbal skills and ability to represent the company positively
  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR/AED Instructor Certification
  • 1+ years prior coaching experience in fitness, promotions, or nutrition
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft office and EMR/SOAP data entry
  • Experience using Motivational Interviewing methodologies
