Responsibilities:

  • Execute proper pre-bake and finishing of all products.
  • Ensure Brand production standards and systems are executed.
  • May transition to crew position when production levels are complete for the day.
  • Adhere to product recipes/specifications.
  • Punctual and attentive to detail.
