Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and record vital signs and medical histories
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment
  • Assist with IV/Blood draw, ECG, office diagnostic testing, and x-ray prep
  • Apply splints and dressings, prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments
  • Dispense medication as directed
  • Provide solutions to patient concerns and provide information and assistance as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of Medical Assistant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and computer functions
