Job Summary

This is a full-time, hourly position responsible for maintaining ADM's high standards for Safety and Quality while optimizing production and efficiency excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load bulk flour trailers through the use of mechanical equipment and computer automation
  • Optimize equipment efficiency, personnel safety, and product quality in accordance with ADM standards
  • Maintain records in accordance with established ADM policies and procedures
  • Assist external departments and support operational excellence initiatives
  • Continually train and develop operational team members
Health, Safety & Environmental

Facilitate and ensure adherence to safety regulations, rules, and sound practices. Coordinate and participate in audits, prioritizing and tracking completion of findings.

Sanitation/Food Safety

Ensure the facility maintains world-class sanitation standards. Prepare the facility for, and participate in, regulatory/third-party/customer/company audits.

ADM Requirements

The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check is required.
