As a Preventative Maintenance Specialist at Heartland Tire Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the longevity and performance of our customers' vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include performing regular inspections, diagnosing potential issues, and recommending necessary repairs to prevent costly breakdowns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing exceptional customer service with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of automotive systems, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending necessary repairs.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Installing and maintaining tires, wheels, and other vehicle components.
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move 50-100 pounds.
  • Capability to perform continued standing, bending, crouching, twisting, and crawling.
  • ASE certifications and/or technical school degree preferred but not required.
