Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently design and implement audits focused on operational efficiency, financial reporting, and special investigations, including comprehensive risk assessments, project scoping, testing methodologies, and reporting conclusions.
  • Formulate actionable solutions and effectively communicate findings to operational management and senior executives.
  • Enhance the audit process by identifying areas for improvement, thereby increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of audits, ensuring management receives timely and relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with fellow Internal Auditors, external audit teams, and consultants to successfully complete assigned projects.
  • Evaluate and respond to emerging trends and requirements related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.
  • Mentor and oversee junior auditors, and actively participate in recruitment initiatives for new audit team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience, ideally with a major public accounting firm.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE are advantageous.
  • Experience in discussing findings and presenting recommendations to senior management is preferred.
