- Assist senior bankers in crafting strategies to enhance business development efforts by aligning the bank's offerings with client requirements.
- A hybrid work arrangement may be available, subject to company policies.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, alongside three years of experience in roles such as Investment Banking Associate, Operations Support Analyst, or Manager, specifically in investment banking for large corporate clients in LATAM. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields with five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience will be considered.
The comprehensive experience should encompass:
- Valuation and Credit Analysis
- Financial Markets
- IPOs, SPACs, DeSPACs, M&A, Private Placements
- Capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance, and securities products
- Financial Modelling
- Macroeconomic principles
At least two years of experience must include proficiency in FactSet, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg Terminal. Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is required. Some international travel may be necessary.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $250,000 and $275,000.
