Water Conservation Specialist Foreman

Job Summary:

• This position involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation system management, leadership, and communication skills.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work schedules, allocating equipment, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• As an Irrigation Foreman, you will supervise a team of irrigation crew members and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise irrigation crews and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement efficient irrigation systems to minimize water consumption.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Manage work schedules and allocate equipment as needed.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in irrigation system management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid chauffeur's license required.

Salary Range:

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Working Conditions:
