Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Foster on the Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our property and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

As a Maintenance Technician with RAM Partners, LLC, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Perform make-readies and maintain property grounds and common areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas
  • Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
  • Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and treat residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • EPA HVAC and CPO certifications required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-calls
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
