Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients with respiratory issues to formulate effective treatment strategies.
2. Administer essential respiratory therapies, including oxygen supplementation, nebulized medications, and chest physiotherapy.
3. Continuously monitor patients' respiratory functions, vital signs, and therapeutic responses, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
4. Provide education to patients and their families regarding respiratory health, treatment options, and self-management techniques.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and execute comprehensive care plans aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Certification as a Respiratory Care Therapist (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications may be necessary.
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.
