Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Lowes Foods in Hickory, NC. As a key member of our store maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our store.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Clean and sanitize various areas of the store, including cases, floor displays, and backroom supply areas.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sweep, mop, and dispose of trash as needed.
  • Clean doors, windows, glass, store fixtures, shelving, and racks.
  • Perform front-end duties to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or maintenance work.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
