Job Summary:
The Finance & Administrative Clerk will serve as a key member of the Accounting team at Mal Warwick and Associates Inc., responsible for managing the Accounts Payable cycle, including tracking, reviewing, reconciling, and paying incoming bills. This role also involves providing general administrative support to both the Accounting and Human Resources teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process online payments and write checks as directed.
  • Enter invoices as instructed.
  • Review and process credit card statements.
  • Reconcile expense reports.
  • Monitor and maintain approval records from various stakeholders.
  • Analyze and prepare annual 1099 & 1096 filings.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate hard copy and electronic files.
  • Perform general office maintenance duties (e.g., distributing mail, maintaining office supplies).
  • Contribute to special projects, including audits, compliance reporting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to agency team members.

About Compensation & Benefits:
