At Houston Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Burger King franchise to success.

We are a growing Burger King franchise with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving business results.

About You:

  • You are a results-driven leader with a strong background in restaurant management.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial management and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and BKC compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, including Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers.
  • Collaborate with District Managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • Complete all internal certification programs.
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
