Job Title: Merchandiser

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating visually appealing displays? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently? We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team at Bigfoot Beverages

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser will be responsible for merchandising all company products at various sales locations throughout the store. This includes rotating products, maintaining brand flow, and ensuring shelves are clean and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Merchandise all company products following company standards with attention to rotation, brand flow, and shelf cleanliness.
  2. Transport company products from warehouse to account shelves in a safe and efficient manner.
  3. Establish and maintain customer relationships through a high standard of professionalism, behavior, and respectful communication.
  4. Ensure product remains in satisfactory condition according to company standards through careful storage, placement, transportation, and attention to detail.
  5. Plan and execute product displays based upon company and account standards.
  6. Follow company and account operating procedures when servicing accounts.
  7. Manage, rotate, and maintain an organized backroom.
  8. Maintain current Point of Sale materials at all accounts and communicate with Sales Representative when materials need to be ordered or are missing.
  9. Communicate account updates, inventory levels, and opportunity for shelf space with their manager and Sales Representative.
Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or GED Required.
  2. Experience with merchandising, warehouse, or customer service.
Work Environment:

This job operates primarily in the trade, with frequent warehouse exposure, and does require travel within the designated market. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as a hand-truck, pallet jack, forklift, and six-wheel cart as well as drive a company vehicle.

This is a non-exempt level position. The schedule has varying shift times and days based on the needs of the business. All employees must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
