Shifts Available:

  • Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Monday-Thursday – 3:30pm-2:00am (Shift premium of $1.00 per hour)
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00am-5:30pm (Shift premium of $2.00 per hour)
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 5:00am-5:30pm (Shift premium of $2.00 per hour)
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00pm-5:30am (Shift premium of $15.00 per hour)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings and perform calculations to manufacture parts according to specifications.
  • Program, set up, modify, and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes in accordance with engineering specifications, blueprints, or design documents.
  • Produce quality components while adhering to scrap standards.
  • Conduct in-process measurements and inspections.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on machinery.
  • Set up tools effectively.
  • Carry out tool preparation, manual tasks, grinding, cleaning holes, labeling, and zeroing corners.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Execute other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
  • Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D applications of Mastercam.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
