The Night Auditor is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for preparing and disposing of all Night Audit work, including registering guests, making reservations, and balancing transactions. You will also be responsible for conducting security walks and maintaining the front desk operation during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including registering guests, making reservations, and balancing transactions.
- Auditing and Accounting: Conduct audits and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Windows operating systems, and ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Competitive Pay: $16.25-$24.38 per hour.
