Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at GreenStone Farm Credit Services. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, coding, and deploying cloud solutions using infrastructure as Code (IaC), improving and maintaining the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and coordinating people, process, and products to enable continuous delivery of value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and deploy cloud infrastructure changes using Azure DevOps (ADO), Bicep, and Octopus.
  • Collaborate with Application Development, Networking, Security, and Sys Admin teams to ensure that our systems are scalable, observable, and reliable.
  • Develop and maintain repositories and YAML pipelines in ADO, and create and maintain Deployment Projects in Octopus.
  • Deploy to Production the evening of each third Thursday, and during the day in the weeks leading up to the third Thursday.
  • Perform more architectural level work, coaching/mentoring, and leading problem-solving efforts as a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar DevOps experience.
  • 2+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience, with Bicep preferred.
  • 2+ years of scripting experience, with PowerShell preferred.
  • 2+ years of CI/CD experience, with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • 2+ years of Cloud experience, with Azure preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Systems Administrator.
  • 2+ years of Networking experience.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offerings.
  • Docker/Containers/Kubernetes experience desired.
  • Experience with Octopus Deploy preferred.
  • Agile Scrum experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce development and/or deployments preferred.
