Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Mid-Level Systems Architect is responsible for crafting and implementing solutions to address intricate application challenges, encompassing API design, data services, platform services, cloud services, and infrastructure services, all while aligning with user needs and strategic objectives in accordance with the Enterprise Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, documents, and maintains solution architectures, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise architecture and overarching requirements.
  • Analyzes user needs, workflows, and existing systems to identify opportunities for automation or enhancement, while evaluating computer system capabilities and scheduling constraints.
  • Proposes modifications to the solutions architecture based on thorough analysis of requirements and emerging technologies.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture within government or industry settings is essential. If the 6 years of experience is specifically as a Systems Architect, it may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance or the capability to obtain SCI clearance and successfully pass a polygraph examination.
Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering, including associated processes, tools, and languages.

Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this role based on experience and other relevant factors.
