Job Summary

This role oversees the clinical nutrition, wellness, and patient services programs, playing a key part in developing initiatives that impact the quality of care provided.

The successful candidate will support 45 accounts across Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky, serving as a leader and mentor to the clinical team and patient experience managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and implement new systems, programs, and standards
  • Identify new trends and standards to enhance service levels
  • Collaborate with regional nutrition and wellness leaders
  • Provide expertise on federal and state regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' clinical nutrition experience in acute care hospitals, with 2+ years in a multi-site position or supervisory role
  • Registered Dietitian with appropriate licensure for the state of residence
  • Ability to present professionally to clients, peer groups, and professional organizations
  • Clear and direct communication skills
