Home Health Float Nurse (RN) - Premium Rates

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Regional Float Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month, providing 1:1 care to patients in their homes throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform 5-6 visits per day, focusing on individualized care for each patient.
  • Deliver skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with patient care plans.
  • Administer medication, provide wound care, and offer comfort care as needed.
  • Travel throughout the region based on census, with the flexibility to build your own schedule.
  • Commit to 10-12 shifts per month, with premium rate differential and mileage reimbursement.
Requirements:
  • Previous home health experience required.
  • Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
