At Marriott Vacations Worldwide, we take the safety and security of our guests and staff very seriously. We are seeking a highly motivated Overnight Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for preventing and investigating losses within the hotel. You will also be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras and alarm systems to ensure the security of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol all areas of the hotel to detect and prevent any potential security risks.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare reports on findings.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to ensure the security of the hotel.
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate any potential hazards.


Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds without assistance.
