Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Salary Information

The salary for this position ranges from $27.60 to $36.67 per hour, depending on years of experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer various benefits and incentives.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating the quality of nursing care provided to residents. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure that care plans are implemented and reviewed regularly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and performing rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of care
  • Ensuring proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments
  • Supporting the Director of Nursing in developing staffing plans and schedules
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state licensure as a LPN or RN
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred
  • Advanced computer skills, including email use
