Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read food orders from computer printouts and prepare food items according to established menu plans.
  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency of products to the guests.
  • Wash, slice, peel, and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.
  • Observe and test foods to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet production demands.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
