  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure proper procedures are followed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • User Management: Manage user accounts within Active Directory, Experity, and other applications as needed.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with vendors to resolve ongoing system issues and ensure seamless system operation.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with new software application releases, document knowledge, and develop reference materials for clinic staff and healthcare practitioners.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Windows applications, databases, and spreadsheet applications, as well as knowledge of a physician practice management system and EMR or EHR system.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-directed, achievement-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service-oriented, and a positive attitude.
Work Environment

This is an office-based position that requires extended use of a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, be able to focus, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Potential exposure to potentially infectious material may be present.
