About This Role

As a Protection Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in safeguarding clients across various industries. From commercial real estate to healthcare and education, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals and assets.

Your work will involve providing exceptional customer service while carrying out site-specific policies and procedures. In critical situations, you must respond calmly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols around business premises, identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, prioritizing the well-being of clients and staff
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, including circumstances, outcomes, and any actions taken

To excel in this role, you will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license is necessary for certain positions, but may not be required for all.
