Waterworks Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Public Water Facility Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing multiple crews of varying expertise in the construction and maintenance of water treatment plants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage teams with diverse skill sets, as typically found in WTP/WWTP construction projects.
• Lead repairs and retrofits within existing water treatment facilities.
• Oversee the construction of new portions or entire facilities, including pump stations, blowers, holding ponds, clarifiers, aeration basins, chemical storage systems, filters, and bypass systems.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead teams with strong skills in various areas, such as learning new scopes of work quickly, client relationships, union representation, estimate analysis, budget communication, production quantity tracking, crew planning, and access to project engineers.
• Familiarity with software applications like Microsoft Office, BlueBeam or Adobe, and heavy equipment timecard management systems is essential.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
