About the Role

The Registered Professional Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical knowledge and skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
  • Other required cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree
  • Unit-specific RN attributes
