We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physically Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain functional independence.


  • The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions and creating personalized treatment plans to improve health outcomes.
  2. You will work closely with the healthcare team to collect patient care data, administer evaluations, and oversee treatment methods.
  3. You will provide education and training to patients and their support systems to ensure they understand their treatment plan and can effectively manage their condition.
  4. You will also provide interventions to patients that are safe, effective, and in compliance with JAG's standards.
  5. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, attending seminars and presentations, and promoting JAG in the community through lectures and presentations.

Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate degree is preferred.
  2. Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in is mandatory.
  3. Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in relevant states (NY, NJ) are necessary.
  4. A valid CPR license is essential.
  5. Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred.
  6. Excellent oral, written communication skills are required.
  7. Strong clinical decision-making skills are crucial.
  8. Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are necessary.
