Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Care
- Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Perform routine medical procedures and surgeries
- Lead Clinical Team
- Supervise and mentor medical staff, including residents and students
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Contribute to Medical Programs
- Develop and implement medical programs and services
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Participate in medical research and education
- Education and Training
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and management skills
Work indoors in a climate-controlled environment 95% of the time.
OSHA Exposure Category #1.
