Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Tire Technician to join our team at Commercial Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mounting and dismounting tires, performing flat repairs, and conducting vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tire work, including mounting and dismounting, air pressure checks, balancing, tire rotation, and flat repairs.
• Ensure lug nuts are tightened to the proper torque specifications.
• Assist with opening and closing of store, including EOD.
• End of shift duties completed, including cleaning, finishing work, and manager approval.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and communication is of the utmost importance.
• Facility maintenance and clean-up, including sweeping, emptying garbage cans, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness of your workspace.
• Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver.
• Assist with phone and counter duties as needed.
• Completes all training as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned, including retail tire work, lube bay, VIR reports, and alignment checks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma equivalent (preferred).
• Demonstrated desire for mechanical work.
• Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required and are an essential job function.
