As an RN Auditing Specialist, you will coordinate outside audits and serve as an expert in reimbursement functions. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will possess current Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky or a multistate compact status. Additionally, they will have certification in the RN-Coder Stat Program Course by the American Association of Clinical Coders & Auditors (AACCA) and maintain annual membership with the AACCA. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong language skills, able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
