Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our bone marrow transplant program in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hematology/oncology and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients undergoing bone marrow transplants
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform other medical procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • At least 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology
  • Licensure in the state of Texas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
