Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government sponsors and industry partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement technical solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, or similar technical engineering degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and the ability to acquire and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • 8+ years of experience demonstrated systems engineering experience, including multi-security domain network environments.
  • Understanding of large, complex C4I System of Systems.
  • Understanding of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
  • Analytical, decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS or higher degree and 10 years' experience in relevant domain.
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and/or enterprise-level foreign and allied partner expertise.
  • Experience working in a multi-national military environment.
  • Depth of knowledge and experience in Integrated Air and Missile Defense, ISR systems, and/or their dissemination architectures.
  • Network modernization experience.
  • Experience in requirements management and verification.
  • Current TS/SCI.
