The Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting quality food to our guests, ensuring that every traveler leaves our travel center better than they came. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Perform prep cook tasks, such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
• Set up and maintain broiler, fryer, and grill stations according to line check sheets.
• Complete prep, freezer pull, and temperature checklist sheets.
• Practice safe food handling and storage procedures, as well as waste control procedures.
• Maintain equipment per operating standards.
• Prioritize work according to restaurant and guest needs.
• Build strong communication and rapport with leaders and coworkers.

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
• Previous food service experience a plus.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
