Key Responsibilities- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction, resulting in positive reviews and repeat business.
- Rostering and Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of inventory to minimize waste and ensure that stock levels are optimal.
- Recruitment and Training: Identify, recruit, and train high-quality staff to ensure that our store has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including cash handling, reporting, and profit management, to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase sales.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that our food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our store maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
