Aerospace Assembly Technician Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our team at Karman Space & Defense. As an integral part of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our mission-critical projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing mechanical assembly according to verbal and written instructions
* Supporting engineering testing and manufacturing efforts
* Reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
* Using chemicals, adhesives, and solvents as required
* Preparing composite and metal materials by sanding, cleaning, and applying precut tape to hardware

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in manufacturing environments is an asset.
