Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installation Team Lead to join our team. As a Lead HVAC Installation Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC installation technicians and ensuring the successful completion of installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze work orders and develop daily travel schedules to ensure efficient project completion
  • Listen to customer concerns and proactively solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate with other departments to continually improve processes and information flow
  • Request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete installation jobs
  • Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge to ensure team success
  • Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
Requirements
  • At least four years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge, with at least one year as a lead installer
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately
