Job Description

As a skilled Postpartum Doula/Newborn Care Specialist, you will provide comprehensive physical, emotional, and educational support to families during the postpartum period. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing in-home care at least two days or overnights per week on a consistent basis
  • Assisting with newborn care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
  • Supporting birthing parents with postpartum recovery and offering guidance on physical and emotional well-being
  • Educating families on infant care, sleep routines, and feeding techniques
  • Offering emotional support and practical advice tailored to each family's needs
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside in Minnesota
  • Hold certified Doula and/or Newborn Care Specialist credentials (or equivalent clinical experience, RN)
  • Be willing to take and pass our online assessment
  • Hold 3+ years of experience providing postpartum and/or newborn care in home or clinical settings
  • Have strong knowledge of newborn care and breastfeeding support
  • Exhibit compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
  • Posess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Be flexible to work evenings, nights, and weekends based on family needs
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes:
