Automotive Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing service team at Wise Auto Group. As a Motorcycle Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized dealership lot.

• Wash and Prepare Motorcycles: Wash new and used motorcycles for sales and service departments, ensuring they are clean and presentable for customers.
• Heavy Lifting and Moving: Safely lift and move motorcycles, as well as other equipment, to ensure efficient workflow and minimize damage.
• Transportation and Delivery: Deliver motorcycles to customers and transport them to various locations within the dealership, using company vehicles and equipment.
• Lot Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dealership lot, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing the area.
• Assist Technicians: Provide support to technicians by fetching parts, tools, and equipment, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid, unrestricted car and motorcycle driver's license.
• Clean Driving Record: Have a clean driving record and be able to safely operate company vehicles.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to the dealership's dress code and grooming standards.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Interact professionally with customers and staff, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to Work Independently: Work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to complete tasks and make decisions.
• Physical Demands: Be able to work and stand on your feet for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
