Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at our Bohemia, NY location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in young children.

• Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Partner with parents and center staff to support the development of each child
• Support the success of our center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive starting rate of pay: $16.40/hour
