Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of flooring installations, communicating with customers and project managers, and ensuring that jobs are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect job sites prior to installation to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are present
  • Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis to ensure that their needs are being met
  • Conduct thorough inspections of flooring installations to ensure that they meet our high standards
  • Determine the best method of installation or repair, and instruct installers accordingly
  • Respond to any complaints or questions from customers regarding installations
  • Pick up and deliver materials as necessary

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flooring installation experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
