As a Janitorial Supervisor at California's Great America, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and beautification of our park. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong leader who can guide a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of janitorial staff to ensure the park is clean and well-maintained.
  • Problem Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Time Management: Manage your time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed before opening and throughout the day.
  • Guest Experience: Resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner, in line with Cedar Fair standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Availability: Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday during the summer season.
  • Flexibility: We're looking for candidates with full availability, including opening and closing shifts, as well as holidays such as Memorial Day.
  • Passion: A passion for helping others and supporting the needs of our guests and associates.
