We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our warehouse and office facility.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for employees and visitors by performing routine cleaning tasks, managing waste disposal, and assisting with facility maintenance as needed.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors throughout the facility.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including office furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and manage waste disposal.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas, including warehouses, offices, and breakrooms.
  • Facility Upkeep:
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager.
  • Assist with minor repairs and adjustments as required.
  • Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
  • Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and operate cleaning machinery safely.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
  • Physical demands include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 based on industry standards and location.
