At Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration, we are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. This role will focus on our expanding remodeling and new construction division, with a focus on residential and light commercial projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss design ideas for remodeling projects or additions to buildings.
  • Prepare estimates for jobs, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, complete builds, and basement buildouts.
  • Identify bidding opportunities and create bids for public projects.
  • Sell the job to the property owner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience in estimating all types of jobs and proficiency in industry estimating software.
  • Ability to read plans and specs.
  • Proficiency in computer estimating software and construction knowledge.
  • Experience in the industry is a plus.
