About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Commons at Honey Creek. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Valid Indiana Nurse License
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
